In no event will either Learn with Cognitive Analytic Therapy Oxfordshire (Ltd) be liable for SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenues, data, damage to or loss of the use of products, damage to property, claims of third parties, including personal injury or death, suffered as a result of the Customer undertaking the training "A Relational Approach to Working with People who have Complex Emotional Needs" or the application of anything learnt in the afore-mentioned course.

Indemnification:

Learn with Cognitive Analytic Therapy Oxfordshire (Ltd) ensures that the staff providing this training have personal indemnity insurance in respect of their practice and teaching.

Learn with Cognitive Analytic Therapy Oxfordshire (Ltd) is not delivering a certificate of competence, or a qualification, that would enable the customer to practice as a Cognitive Analytic Therapist and does not guarantee any aspect of the Customer's practice or professional conduct as a result of undertaking this course.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Learn with Cognitive Analytic Therapy Oxfordshire (Ltd) harmless against all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or expenses (including Legal fees and expenses) arising out of or in connection with Customer’s use of the Deliverables.
